This house was perfect for my group! Plenty of space, lots of beds, perfect for large groups. Katie was very quick at responding to me when I had questions after check in. Would highly recommend!

My friends and family traveled from all over to attend my graduation. We chose to stay in a place that could accommodate all members, it was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Katie was great with flexible check in and out and making sure to answer all of my questions.

Katie was an exceptional host in every way. She went far beyond what we expected, especially during a difficult time for our family. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — a peaceful and welcoming place for us to gather. Katie also helped us with several extra services that made such a difference. She arranged an early check-in and assisted with having her company set up a small catered lunch for our family after the funeral. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail were remarkable and truly lifted a burden off of us. Every detail in the home was exactly as described, and it felt like a true home away from home when we needed it most. We are very grateful for Katie and everything she did to support our family. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding host. ⸻

The BEST things is the detailed proactive reach out about my check in / stay! I really appreciated the smooth seamless check in - the clear instructions prevented any delays with me having to contact Katie / Host I also enjoyed that once I entered the home, it matched the photos and description I will surely be back

We have been staying here on and off for almost a year now with multiple construction projects that we have been building in the Mobile area. Every time we have a job pop-up, we know our first call is going to be to Katie. She’s super accommodating, all of the places are Clean and upheld, and they’re all in great areas.
